Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply when you book or use Vetrix services, including dumpster rentals, demolition, and portable toilet rentals. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. We may update this page from time to time.

1. Who we are

Vetrix provides waste and site services in and around the Tampa Bay area. If you have questions about an order, contact us through the website or your booking confirmation.

2. Booking

You can book online as a new customer or through your existing customer account. The details you enter (address, dates, size, and contact information) must be accurate. A booking is confirmed when we accept it and send confirmation.

3. Payment

Payment is due as shown at checkout or on your invoice. Extra charges may apply for overweight loads, extra days, blocked access, damaged equipment, or prohibited items. Existing customers may pay invoices through the customer portal.

4. Delivery and access

You must provide a safe, legal place for delivery and pickup. You are responsible for permits, HOA rules, and enough clearance for our trucks. If we cannot deliver or pick up because of access, we may reschedule and extra fees may apply.

5. Use of equipment

Dumpsters and portable toilets remain Vetrix property. Do not move them without our approval. Do not overload a dumpster above the rim. Do not put hazardous waste, chemicals, paint, batteries, tires, appliances with freon, or other banned items in a dumpster unless we agree in writing.

6. Pickup

Please have the unit ready on the scheduled pickup date. If it is blocked, overfilled, or not ready, pickup may be delayed and extra charges may apply.

7. Damage

You are responsible for damage to our equipment while it is on site, other than normal wear. We are not responsible for driveway marks, lawn damage, or similar issues when the unit is placed where you directed.

8. Cancellation

Please cancel as soon as you can. Late cancellations or same-day changes may be charged. If we cannot complete a service for reasons outside our control, we will work with you on a new time or a refund of unused service.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Vetrix is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Florida.

11. Contact

For booking, billing, or service questions, use the Contact page or the details on your confirmation. These terms are a simple working version and may be updated.
